Job Description:

FundPass, a leader in independent auditing and review for NGO funding, is seeking a dedicated Field Investigator. This role involves conducting on-ground research, collecting vital data, and providing insights that influence our auditing and review processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that NGO operations align with their funding goals and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Field Research: Undertake on-site visits to gather data, observe NGO operations, and interact with stakeholders.

Data Collection and Analysis: Collect quantitative and qualitative data, and analyze it to draw meaningful conclusions.

Report Writing: Compile your findings into detailed reports that contribute to our overall evaluation process.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with local communities, NGO staff, and other stakeholders to gain comprehensive insights.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate field data into broader audits and analyses.

 

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in field research, data collection, and analysis.

Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills; proficiency in data analysis tools.

Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively, often to remote locations.

Language: Proficiency in [relevant local language(s)] is highly desirable.
